Ordering, delivery, and what to expect from your piece.
Processing & delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Drops, launches, and periods of high demand may take longer. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier. We’ll share an update with delivery details after your order has been confirmed and dispatched.
Shipping costs
Enter your city at checkout to calculate a shipping estimate when a rate is available. If a live rate cannot be shown, we’ll confirm the cost with you before arranging payment. Sending an order request does not charge you or confirm the order.
Fit & product details
Please review the size guide on the product page or contact us if you need help choosing a fit. Colors can vary slightly with lighting and screen settings. Minor differences in wash, print placement, and stitching are normal.
Exchanges & issues
Exchanges are considered for sizing or manufacturing defects. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt; the item must be unused and in its original condition. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send clear photos and your order details within 48 hours so we can review it.
